To anticipate illegal terminal, 50 personnel of of East Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept did a raid at intersection of Pasar Rebo, Tuesday (6/7). As a result, three intercity-interprovincial (AKAP) buses were grounded because they stop and pick up passenger carelessly.

Those controlled buses are Lurangung (Jakarta-Kuningan), PO Merdeka (Jakarta-Krawang) and PO Laju Prima (Jakarta-Sukabumi). 

Section Head of East Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept, Boval Juliansyah disclosed that the raid is done because many buses stop and pick up passenger in forbidden areas, whereas there was a stop ban sign installed in Pasar Rebo area. But they ignored it.

"Many buses pick up passenger in Pasar Rebo, thus we control them," he expressed, Tuesday (6/7).

Such raid will routinely be intensified every day. He asks passenger candidate to ride the bus from Kampung Rambutan Terminal. While for Otobus Company caretaker, also urged not to pick up passenger outside terminal.
