It is because advanced countries program in handling pollution can be copied. One of the ways handling sea pollution is by running reclamation.

“Advanced countries have run the program. The only thing to do is copying their programs,” he said, Saturday (6/11).

He explained that reclamation is done at the continent plate, not ocean plate.

“We run the reclamation at continent plate, not the ocean plate,” he added.

According to him, sea pollution can not be solved by planting mangroves only.

“We can not plant mangrove in the deep ocean,” he closed.
