Fresh Meat Price at Kramat Jati Market Declines

Agriculture Minister, Andi Amran Sulaiman appreciates Jakarta Provincial Government’s effort distributing import meat up to the traders level. This causes meat price at traditional market declining.

Previously, imported meat was unable to reach trader level

“Previously, imported meat was unable to reach trader level. I appreciate Jakarta Provincial Government effort much,” he said, Thursday (6/30).

According to him, his side will always supply cheap meat for bazaar. It is based on President Joko Widodo instruction to decline meat price under Rp 100 thousand.

28,059 Kgs Cheap Meat Have Been Distributed in North Jakarta

At bazaar, price for imported beef is vary. It starts from Rp 80 thousand to Rp 85 thousand per kilogram. Traders who sell expensive price will have no choice to decline the price also.
