Jakarta Governmental Assistant, Bambang Sugiyono together with agency head and West Jakarta Mayor checked a land in Cengkareng Barat, West Jakarta, Tuesday (7/19).

The checking of land owned by Dept. of Maritime, Agriculture and Food Tenacity was responding the meeting with Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama.
Bambang said the 10.1 ha land is listed as city’s asset. In fact, it becomes 9.6 ha after impacted by toll road project.

In 2007, the rest of land by 8.6 ha was claimed by PT Sabar Ganda. The case then brought to court and Jakarta Provincial Government won.
“Court decided that PT Sabar Ganda must pay Rp 6.9 billion as retribution of annexation,” he added.
Bambang continued his side will propose the land certificate to National Land Board (BPN).
