Regional Asset Inventory in S. Jakarta Monitored Intensively

The South Jakarta Regional Asset Management Office (KPAD) is being focused on mentoring to the 136 SKPD/UKPD in South Jakarta for completing the inventory or seizure of Regional Property (BMD).

That data that has been uploaded to the e-Asset, completed with existing land coordinates and land and building photos

South Jakarta KPAD Head, Ayud Solehudin disclosed, inventory is purposed to ensure the entire inventory of goods belonging to SKPD/UKPD recorded and its presence can be assured.

"That data that has been uploaded to the e-Asset, completed with existing land coordinates and land and building photos, as well as electronic barcode has been attached to help identify the presence of an asset," he expressed.

South Jakarta Inventories Education Assets

He explains such way is compliance with Governor Instruction No. 187/2015 on Acceleration and Improvement of Accountability ob BMD Management.

As for the 136 SKPD/UKPD in South Jakarta, including city secretariat (1), Sub-district (10), Urban Village (65), Office (80, Sub-department (22), UPT (12), Institution (3), RSUD (1), RSUK (4) and Puskesmas (10).

Those are still under drafting process on paper work for stage 1 and 2, namely data inventory and field physical checks.

"Hopefully, SKPD/UKPD can complete all stages of census at least the end of the upcoming September," he finished.
