Budget Data of DPRD Building Development Exposed

The development of Jakarta DPRD building is carried out gradually. Based on the data, the project that took in 2010-2012 spent a fund amounting to Rp 402.46 billion. 

All projects are including fund, development and monitoring under Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept

Based on Jakarta DPRD Secretary's data, Rp 106.01 billion is spent in 2010, Rp 1997.38 billion in 2011 and Rp 99.06 billion in 2012

Additionally, there is also a fund for the roof and the connecting bridge between the old building and the new building amounting to Rp 17 billion in 2012. While in 2013 and 2014, the fund proposed for old building renovation, reaching Rp 52.79 billion and Rp 28.62 billion.

"All projects are including fund, development and monitoring under Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept," disclosed M Yuliadi, Secretary of Jakarta DPRD, Tuesday (7/25).

Yuliadi said there are some parts of building damaged, especially toilet on 2nd floor of the old building that still being renovated and on 3rd floor of Block H due to leaks in the drainage installation. It almost happens at every floor of Block H, especially the third floor to the basement. "The repair fund has not been submitted to the 2016 APBD," he expressed.

He admitted, in the last two years, fund has been allocated for damage and minor repair. It was taken from a fund of maintenance activity. While the repair fund in 2015, was Rp 153.48 million for Block H and Rp 146.99 million for the old building.

Then in 2016, Rp 116.8 million has been allocated for Block H and Rp 94.54 million for the old building. The physical project has been through audit by BPK and has been followed up by related unit.

"That means media that says toilet renovation that spent Rp 50 billion in 2014 and Rp 28 billion in 2015 is not true," he asserted.
