City and Legislative to Discuss the 2015 City Budget

After conducted an internal meeting in each agency, today City Administration and City Budgetary Board (Banggar) going to discuss 2015 City Budget (APBD) evaluation from Home Affairs Ministry, it will be conducted in DPRD building on Jl. Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta.
Along with Budgetary Board and TPAD we will discuss it until Thursday transparently
City Secretary, Saefullah said the meeting is scheduled today. As previously both institution had their internally meeting. “Yesterday they have discussed it internally. We already did last week, it was Friday to Sunday. Saefullah said at City Hall, Tuesday (3/17).
He added that Jakarta Asset and Financial Management Body along with Regional Development Planning Board as City Budget Drafter Team (TPKAD) willl represent City Administration in the meeting. “TPAD will represent city, I also join with them,” he uttered.
City Denies to Give Capital to Five BUMDsHead of Jakarta Asset and Financial Management Body, Heru Budi Hartono revealed the meeting along with Budgetary Board will be held for three days, on Tuesday till next Thursday. To avoid public suspicion, the meeting will be transparently opened to public. “Along with Budgetary Board and TPAD we will discuss it until Thursday transparently,” he uttered.
As public has known, the ministry has revised 114 pages within budget document. For instance are transportation allowance, employee expenditure, while building development was returned back to each Regional Working Units (SKPD) and so on.
The consummation of this budget was preceded by internal meeting conducted by the respective agencies. Then, on Tuesday and Wednesday a meeting between both parties will be conducted. Continued on Thursday , there are two scheduled meeting agenda to discuss the budget.
At the very first, Legislative Headmen joint meeting will be conducted. Then budgetary board and TPAD continued to conduct. After the whole process, then approval is delivered to the city governor on Friday. City administration must complete the city budget lately by the end of this week.
