Inflation in Jakarta Is Still Stable

Along July 2016, inflation in Jakarta reached 0.64 percent. The number is deemed lower than last year in the same month, which reached 0.97 percent.

Jakarta Statistic Central Agency (BPS) Head, Syech Suhaimi assessed, inflation is still under control or stable. This is because the number from year to year in Jakarta reached 2.74 percent.

He added, from 82 cities that researched, 78 out of them are experiencing inflation. City that experiencing the highest inflation is Tanjung Pandan (2.34 percent) and the lowest is Gorontalo (0.06 percent).

"Then our city is ranked 64th," he finished.
