Jakarta Provincial Government provides 50 Kampung Siaga Bencana (Calamity-Alert Village) during rainy season this year. The village is provided to assist flood victims who need shelter and food.

“50 villages are ready in several urban villages prone to flood,” said Tarmijo, Jakarta Dept. of Social’s Protection Division, Monday (8/22).
The villages are in Pejaten Timur Urban Village Office, Marunda Urban Village Office, Pengadegan Urban Village Office, Kampung Melayu Urban Village Office, and Cipinang Melayu Urban Village Office. The logistics for flood victims are prepared by Jakarta Provincial Government.
