The distribution of food with dangerous substance nowadays, come from outside Jakarta. Almost all small and middle industry (IKM) in the capital are free of dangerous substance.

Jakarta Head Division of Industry for Dept. of Industry and Energy, Edward Napitupulu, the coaching IKM products in Jakarta are free of dangerous substance. It is because the monitoring is held continually.

“Mostly the factories are exists in outside Jakarta. They mix the products with borax, rhodamine B and formalin,” he closed.
