19,391 Vehicles Netted from Lintas Jaya Operation

Along January-September 2016, as many as 19,391 vehicles are netted from Lintas Jaya Operation that conducted by East Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. The operation itself has involved traffic unit and Garnisun.

Since January until now, there have been 19,391 vehicles netted. Every day, we do operation randomly or not in one place only

East Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept Head, Ismanto disclosed, from 19,391 vehicles that netted consist of 8,043 vehicles are ticketed, 1,164 vehicles' operation permit are revoked and 2,315 vehicles are towed.

Tens of Vehicles in Pancoran Netted

Then 7,869 other vehicles are flattened, comprising 3,393 four-wheeled vehicles and 4,476 two-wheeled vehicles. They are netted due to illegal parking.

"Since January until now, there have been 19,391 vehicles netted. Every day, we do operation randomly or not in one place only," he told, Tuesday (9/13).

Those vehicles' permit that have been stopped brought to Goods Terminal and Pulogebang Terminal, Cakung. And vehicles that towed brought to the office of East Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept at Jl Pegambiran, Rawamangun.

Despite it is routinely held, there is still found violation in the field, either it is illegal parking or picking up passenger haphazardly.

"The motorist's aware about driving is still low. Supposedly they obey the rules," he finished.
