As many as 57 thousands of resident in West Jakarta have not received the e-ID card. It is caused by damaged data center server at Home Ministry.
We can not print the cards because of damaged served at the Home Ministry
West Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Population and Civil Registration, Mohammad Hatta, said total number of people with e-ID card is 1.6 million. But 57 thousands of them have not received the card yet.
“We can not print the cards because of damaged served at the Home Ministry,” he said, Wednesday (9/14).
164,000 People Recorded Not Yet Process E-ID CardBecause of this case, many residents complaining the problem to urban village office in West Jakarta.
“The card printing should has no problem if the server works normally,” he added.
Based on Home Ministry policy, the e-ID card recording is extended from September 2016 to mid 2017.
