She suspected the damage is at the server that is in the dept office. Such matter is the first time happened.
Jamal (46), a local resident hoped the government to immediately fix it. Thus residents could process e-ID card without any hassles.
"I think the case only happens in Lubang Buaya, but also almost in all areas. Hopefully it can be resolved soon," he said.
