The damaged data checking application makes e-ID card recording system in Jakarta cannot be operated. Surely it hampers the recording process.

According to Nurrahman, Head of Population Information Technology (TIK) for Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept, the damage is not only happened on recording machine, but also data checking application.

"If the recording machine is in good condition. But it is more to the system, that is application to check out whether recording is done or not," he expressed, Tuesday (9/13).

Thus, he continued, the recording machine can be used actually. But it would case double data if the people concerned had previously been recording.

As for the information, similar condition is also spotted in all cities in Indonesia.
