164,000 People Recorded Not Yet Process E-ID Card

As much as 164,000 people in Jakarta are recorded not yet processing e-ID card. Socialization continues to be held by City Population and Civil Registration Dept.

Those who have not processed e-ID card to immediately do it in the nearest urban village offic

"Those who have not processed e-ID card to immediately do it in the nearest urban village offices," expressed Edison Sianturi, Head of City Population and Civil Registration Dept, Wednesday (9/14).

According to Edison, at this time, there have been 7.43 million processed e-ID card. "We hope the number can increase in future. Those who have not processed are aged of 16-17 years old," he told.

E-ID Card Data Checking App Damaged

He went on the say that most people who have not processed the recording is due to be outside the city or abroad. It has become the bottleneck completion of e-ID card recording.

"Talk about target, city has exceeded the reference of preliminary data about 6.7 million in 2013. Currently, we have recorded 7.2 million people, our target must be completed," he finished.
