The Krukut River normalization is scheduled in the upcoming October. The city administration is currently recording the buildings that affected the trace.

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama disclosed, his party will finish trace in the near future. As planned, the normalization could already be realized in the upcoming month.

"We're now finishing the trace and will work next month. We ask private contribution to join and send heavy equipment," he said, at City Hall, Monday (9/26).

There would be some houses affected normalization. They are affected river trace that was previously having 20-25 meters wide. And now it only leaves 6-7 meters wide, and the deep reaches 0.5 meters.

"I've got the photos, which would we do," he asserted.

After trace is done, his party will check the land ownership. There are many buildings standing on the river neglected.

"It should be checked, whether it has certified or not. If they have, we difficult to control them. It has been neglected over ten years. We've mapped," he finished.
