PPID Must Meet Information Needs in Real Time

All documentation and information management officers (PPID) under Jakarta Regional Working Unit (SKPD/UKPD) are asked to quickly respond the information needs of the public. This is because the current progress of the Internet requires transfer of information in real time.

At this time, SKPD/UKPD performance has not been informed to the public thus it should be optimized

Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Dept Head, Dian Ekowati disclosed, awareness towards PPID function that is to give information should be better again. Thus its dissemination can be more effective and optimal.

"At this time, SKPD/UKPD performance has not been informed to the public thus it should be optimized," he expressed, during activity of Public Relation Network Communication Management, Tuesday (10/4).

KPU Needs SKPD Assistance to Map Voting Zone

Currently, the delivery of information is through City website and social media. Aside that, it is also through website of SKPD/UKPD.

"We want the information can be maximized again with the advancement of information and technology," he finished.
