Odd-Even Offender Has Decreased Significantly Since August

As many as 3,416 vehicles are recorded breaking the odd-even policy and ticketed since on August 30-October 4, 2016. Despite its number is high, yet traffic jam has decreased up to 25 percent.

For violation per day is still fluctuating. Based on the survey results since August until now, Transjakarta bus user has increased

"For violation per day is still fluctuating. Based on the survey results since August until now, Transjakarta bus user has increased," said AKBP Budiyanto, Chief of Coaching and Legal Enforcement (Gakkum) Sub-directorate for Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Directorate, Thursday (10/6).

AKBP Budiyanto said, from three survey results of independent institution shows the speed and travel time of vehicle on the roads that apply the odd-even system continues to increase. It happens because vehicle volume has decreased.

Odd-Even Offenders Decline 13 Percent

"That means, vehicle mileage is automatically faster," he finished.
