The Pop Kemang Hotel that is located in Bangka Urban Village, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta that violates the Krukut River's trace will be demolished soon.

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama disclosed, the Krukut River's trace has been made. The next step is only demolishment against buildings that touched trace, like Pop Hotel.

"We've made the trace. And now we want to demolish the Pop Hotel. They look try to reclaim the rivers gradually," he stated, at City Hall, Wednesday (10/12).

He continued it is addressed to buildings that have touched trace and have no certificate where it would restore the river function as before. 

"The river was previously 60 meters, and now only 10-20 meters. Surely it's called reclamation. The hotel yard is bordered by the river. They also misuse the road with conblock pavers," he expressed.

He stressed would prioritize buildings stood atop the riverbank that have no certificate. "Clearly, they violate the river trace, so we'll control them," he finished.
