Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-dept conducts a sudden inspection to examine processed food product at Jakbistro, City Hall. The examination is aimed to ensure whether it contains hazardous substances or not.

"Here, we can see processed foods like noodle, tofu and so on, we examine them to ensure whether it is safe of not," said Mujiati, Head of Food Security Section for Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-dept, Friday (10/28).

He stated, 16 food samples that have been examined are safe and can be consumed. Therefore, his side directly gave a safe sticker.

"It is to give guarantee for the consumer and will be conducted routinely," he stated.

Based on Beritajakarta.com's data, the officers take some samples of food. Then they bring and examine it in the mobile laboratory car.
