C. Jakarta's Budget Absoprtion Reached 54.23 Percent

The Central Jakarta's budget absorption until now has reached 54.23 percent. Even, the other regional working units (SKPD) such as Bina Marga Sub-dept have yet to hit 30 percent.

In overall, our budget absorption is 54.23 percent

"In overall, our budget absorption is 54.23 percent," disclosed Mangara Pardede, Mayor of Central Jakarta, Wednesday (11/23).

Nevertheless, he was optimistic it might reach 90 percent this year. Various work programs that still running is claimed not meet the constraints.

"All run smooth. I predict it could hit 90 percent," he predicted.

On the other hand, Assistant of Central Jakarta Economic and Administration, Bakwan F Ginting disclosed, the lower absorption is faced by KUMKMP Sub-dept amounting to Rp 11.20 percent, followed by Housing and Government Building 13.20 percent, Bina Marga Sub-dept 29.91 percent, Water Management Sub-dept 31.21 percent and Transportation Sub-dept 33.93 percent.

"This is because the activity is still in the final stages of the process by third party," he uttered.
