As many as 128 people with social welfare issues (PMKS) were sent home to their hometowns by Jakarta Social Department on Friday (5/23). 55 out of them were sent to Central Java and the rest 73 people returned to West Java.

The 128 social inmates (WBS) were previously from three institutions, namely Bina Insani Social I (Kedoya, West Jakarta), PSBI II (Ceger, East Jakarta), and PSBI III (Cengkareng, West Jakarta). Majority of them are beggars, vagrants, and psychotics netted by officers in five municipalities.
