32 Drafts Proposed in 2017 Propemperda

The City Council's Regional Legislation Agency (Balegda) proposed 32 draft proposals in the 2017 Bylaw Formation Program (Propemperda). It was conveyed in a joint executive meeting between legislative and executive, Monday (11/28) afternoon. 

Every executive and legislative proposed 25 and 7 draft bylaws to be discussed and ratified in 2017

The meeting itself was led by City Council Chairman, Prasetio Edi Marsudi. "Further, the draft bylaw proposal that has been approved will be brought to the plenary meeting to be set on November 29," he expressed, Monday (11/28).

While, a member of City Council Balegda, Achmad Yani disclosed, as many as 32 draft bylaws were proposed by the executive and legislative.

Public Hearings Meeting About 2017 Propemperda Held

"Every executive and legislative proposed 25 and 7 draft bylaws to be discussed and ratified in 2017," he told.

He explained, most of the proposals have been listed in last year's Propemperda, but until now, it has not been discussed and set.

"Hopefully, all the proposed draft bylaws can be discussed and set in 2017," he explained.

It is the mandate of Home Ministry Number 80/2015, Bylaw No. 10/2013 and City Council Regulation Number 1/2014.

"Propemperda is set along with the executive and legislative that coordinated by Balegda and set for one year," he closed.
