"In South Jakarta for instance, the birth certificate service can receive 150 documents per day and 300 documents in East Jakarta. If the employee comes late, the service will be slow," he expressed.
He wanted to ensure the service that given is free or not. The officer was also asked to be friendly when serving the applicant.
"Lastly, we urge them to do door to door service for e-ID recording, especially for elderly and people who are sick," he finished.
