Grant Fund and Bansos Allocated Under Rule

Jakarta Provincial Government allocated the grant fund in the amount of Rp 1.29 trillion and social aid (bansos) Rp 2.5 trillion in the 2017 Draft APBD in accordance with the applicable rules.

The grant fund is also allocated to Madrasah BOP in the amount of Rp 120.53 billion, BOS to private school Rp 564.41 billion, as well as Early Childhood Education Center (PAUD) Rp 80.81 billion

Jakarta Acting Governor, Sumarsono disclosed that the grant aid is dedicated for the Agency/Institution/Private Organization/Public Organization amounting to Rp 485.09 trillon and Group/Public Member Rp 47.6 billion.

"The grant fund is also allocated to Madrasah BOP in the amount of Rp 120.53 billion, BOS to private school Rp 564.41 billion, as well as Early Childhood Education Center (PAUD) Rp 80.81 billion," he said, during Plenary Meeting with agenda the delivery of an answer from PDI-P, PKS, Hanura and PKB about Draft Bylaw of 2017 RAPBD in the City Council building, Monday (12/5).

Use of Grant Fund for KONI Monitored Strictly

He went on the say that the social aid Rp 2.5 trillion is dedicated for the Social Community Organization in the amount of Rp 4.31 billion, Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) Rp 2.44 trillion or Jakarta Outstanding Student Card (KJMU) Rp 56.08 billion.

"It is also given to teachers under Madrasah Diniyah and Madrasah Non-PNS in Public Madrasah amounting to Rp 51 billion," he expressed.

He added, to avoid unwanted things, Jakarta government has made the Gubernatorial Regulation No. 55/2013. It regulates on Procedures for Proposal, Evaluation, Budgeting, Execution, Administration, Accountability, Reporting and Monitoring Grants, Social Assistance and Financial Aid sourced from APBD.

"The use of grant, social aid and financial aid by the receiver in form of cash money Rp 200 million is audited by the public accountant at least 15 work days, except that has been audited by functional regulatory authorities," he finished.
