Clamped by National Holidays, Hundreds of Civil Servants take Leave

Entering the last week on May, there are two national holidays. Some of Civil Servants (PNS) on Jakarta Provincial Government’s environment utilizing it to take leave. Moreover, this time holiday is quite unique because the holiday is interspersed by working day.

1976 about PNS leave, everyday PNS who take leave should only five percent from total existing officers. This is to guarantee civil service smoothness. Meanwhile, PNS attendant will be supervised on another two holidays of this week.Made asserted, if there is PNS who have absent it will affects to their Regional Working Allowances (TKD) which received by each officers. TKD cutting is based on Governor Policy number 12/2012 about Regional Working Allowances provision.
Besides of it, for PNS that absent without information, will be sanctioned starts from reprimand until dismissal according to government policy (PP) number 53/2010 about PNS Discipline. There is also written reprimand for recalcitrant officers. The reprimand letter, will affect to his career development. Such as reprimand until postponement of level promotion. While for those who sick, they have to show doctor’s testimony.
