2,227 Civil Servants Undergo BPTSP Open Recruitment

According to I Made Karmayoga, Head of Jakarta Regional Employment Agency (BKD) disclosed the test is implemented in 10 schools in the capital. Those are State Vocational School (SMK) 1, State Senior High School (SMA) 1, State SMK 14, State SMK 16, State SMK 35, State SMA 3, State SMA 70, State SMK 6, State SMK 19, and State SMA 68.
He explained 3,800 competent people are needed in such open recruitment his party. Thus far, there have been about 2,227 civil servants registered themselves, and then the rest will be processed in the next test. His party has involved 60 psychologists to smoothen its implementation. In details, those who pass the all tests would fill the administrator post or echelon-III about 411 people, supervisor post or echelon-IVa about 899 people and 917 people for echelon-IV.

Dewi, one of the participants, said that the test is quite difficult, where its material is dominated with general knowledge and service problems. "I think the test is quite difficult.
