The construction of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) has reached 60.22 percent. Total spent budget is Rp 4.63 trillion or 40 percent of its total budget.

PT MRT Director, William P Sabandar, said total budget for MRT is Rp 11.69 trillion. The project has been started since 2013 ago.

Earthquake Resistance of MRT Building Is Up to 8.7 SRAccording to him, this year budget for MRT was Rp 2.67 trillion. In fact, budget realization is predicted to reach 63 percent or Rp 1.63 trillion.
“Land buying process disturbed the budget realization,” he added.
He continued that the project has reached 60.22 percent. In details are 42.74 percent for flyover and 77.86 percent for underground constructions.
“We’ll accelerate the project next year. It is targeted to operate in February 2019,” he closed.
