Mothers Day, East Jakarta Education Sub-dept Does Tree Planting

Welcoming Mothers Day that falls today, the East Jakarta Education Sub-dept Region 2 and Cipayung Sub-district is planting 200 mahogany trees on a land in front of SMPN 230, Jl Pondok Ranggon TPU, East Jakarta, Thursday (12/22).

"Tree plantation is to realize the governor mandate in securing the government asset, as well as to welcome Mothers Day. Because the village chief and principal is mostly mothers," said Ungkadi, Head of East Jakarta Education Sub-dept Regional 2.

Cipayung Sub-district Head, Iin Mutmainah disclosed the asset securing must be integrated thus no more annexation action in future. "School side will fence off the land by involving Satpol PP," he told.

Formerly, the land as wide as 1,100 square meters was occupied by 15 illegal buildings. But they had been demolished.
