PKL at Kampung Rambutan Terminal will Be Arranged

84 food and beverages street vendors (PKL) selling at Kampung Rambutan Inter-city Terminal's exit access, Ciracas, East Jakarta will be arranged.

The concept will be opened with awning ceiling, table, and display case

East Jakarta Cooperatives, Small Medium Enterprises and Trade Sub-dept. (KUKMP) head, Susan Jasmine Zulkifli said that in the future, PKL will be arranged like culinary vendor at Blok S, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

"The concept will be opened with awning ceiling, table, and display case," she said, Wednesday (1/18).

Eight PKL Locations in Central Jakarta will Be Arranged

Susan admitted that his side has socialized it to PKL and they agreed to be arranged. The result will be reported to East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana and Jakarta KUKMP Dept. head, Irwandi.

"After everything is settled, training will be given to PKL. We will do it immediately," she said.

Meanwhile, Terminal Management Operational Unit for Jakarta Dept. of Transportation Head, Syamsul Anwar said those PKLs have occupied the location since 2001. According to agreement, PKL in the location must pay for retribution fee and willing to be relocated.

"Terminal's main purpose is for traffic. But, we prepare place for the PKL," he closed.
