99 Vehicles in South Jakarta Netted

The ranks of South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. managed to discipline 99 vehicles from illegal parking raid in Pancoran, Tebet, Kuningan Barat, Kalibata and Setia Budi, Tuesday (1/24).

"This is a routine raid that held at illegal parking-prone areas," said Christianto, Head of South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept., Tuesday (1/24). 

Illegal Parking Back to Rampant on Jl. Kebayoran Lama

Of 99 vehicles controlled, Christianto detailed, 20 units of four-wheeled vehicles were towed, and 50 vehicles were ticketed, as well as 8 motorcycles and 17 private cars were flattened.

"Four public transports' operation is stopped, due to incomplete vehicle documents," he continued.

Therefore he will continue to hold the raid against illegal parking in order to parse traffic jam in South Jakarta, such as in Kalibata and Tebet stations, Pasar Minggu, Tanjung Barat and Kebayoran Lama.
