City Council's Regional Regulation Forming Board (Bapemperda) is optimistic that draft bylaw (Raperda) of 2017 will be better than last year.
Six working unit (timja)s already formed
City Council's Bapemperda Head, Abraham Lunggana, said there are still 6 effective months to discuss Raperda. It is targeted, half of 32 Raperda can be finished this year.
"Six working unit (timja)s have already benn formed," he said, Wednesday (3/1).
City Council Scheduling to Discuss Five RaperdaAccording to him, these six working units have a duty to discuss raperda that is proposed by council and executives. This condition is different from last year because there were no working units before. Thus the discussion is done with City Council's Legislation Body.
"We also asked the executives to immediately finish academic scenario and legal drafting of 25 raperda that are proposed to be discussed with legislative," he explained.
Up to this point, he continued, the legislative just received 4 raperda's academic scenario and legal drafting from 25 raperda that proposed by executives. While 7 from 32 raperda that included in propemperda 2017 is proposed by City Council.
