Tomorrow, Jakarta Central Fair Opens

The Jakarta 487 Anniversary Celebration this year will be celebrated with various events. The Central Jakarta Administration, for example, will hold a folk party named Central Jakarta Fair 2014.

Central Jakarta Fair is a free event for people who cannot afford a ticket at PRJ Kemayoran

The event will be celebrated with booths, entertainment stages, and superior product exhibitions which are held for three days, precisely on June 6 to 8 at Monas Square from 10.00 AM until 9.00 PM.

"Central Jakarta Fair is a free event for people who cannot afford a ticket at PRJ Kemayoran," said Saefullah, Mayor of Central Jakarta, Thursday (6/5).

The Central Jakarta Fair is a regular event held annually. "This is the third time," he added.

The capital city residents can purchase a superior product at bazaar booths or enjoy the show on entertainment stages. "It is filled with cultures bazaars, and entertainment stages," he stated.

The mayor who is familiarly called bang Ipul revealed that Central Jakarta Fair is aimed to showing the results of the Small and Medium Enterprises’ products.

"In addition, the event is also a venue for entertainment for Jakarta residents in welcoming the city 487 anniversary," Saefullah explained.

With the existence of Central Jakarta Fair, there will be two grand events held to celebrate the anniversary of Jakarta in 2014.

"So there are two events. Firstly, Central Jakarta Fair on June 6 to June 8, and the Jakarta Fair (PRJ) Monas on June 10 to June 15," Saefullah explained.

In the PRJ Monas event, the Central Jakarta Administration will provide security assistance to the Department of Energy and Industrial as the leading sector of the event. "If the provincial event, we also aid security," Saefullah added.
