Entering 2017, the South Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept. keeps intensively pruning trees that prone to fall in South Jakarta.

Based on the data along January-March 2017, there have been 1,921 trees pruned from 10 sub-districts.

Bambang explains it is commonly targeted to trees type angsana, banyan, mahogany, flamboyan and dadap.
"We're always monitoring on trees that have overgrown routinely and then continued with pruning stage," he finished.
