Fallen tree victims can claim their material loss to Jakarta Forestry Dept. There are several requirements to claim it.

If there are any material loss due to fallen tree, can propose claim to Jakarta Forestry Dept.

East Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept. Head, Romi Sidharta said, victim who wants to claim material loss must submit photograph when incident happened, where the tree is still falling on the vehicle, house, or other things which can cause material loss.

Next, they need report letter from local police station, application letter, photocopy of ID/ family card, and vehicle ownership documents. Those requirements must be submitted to Jakarta Forestry Dept. on Jl. Tubun, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. 

"If there are any material loss due to fallen tree, can propose claim to Jakarta Forestry Dept.," he said, Monday (4/24).

But for the total compensation can not be known for sure. Because there is a specialist team who will measure the claim.
