Violating Agreement, 10 Cadgers' Carts Confiscated

10 carts belong to cadgers at Pasar Subuh, Jalan Raya Bogor, Kramatjati, East Jakarta, were confiscated by local Satpol PP, Monday (6/9) due to selling on road and violating the agreed selling hour.

All of them are old cadgers, they keep denying the agreement hour and selling line

The resistance from traders had happened in the controlling which involved tens of personnel. However due to outnumbered, the traders finally gave up and their carts were taken by Satpol PP officers to the city government-owned warehouse in Cakung, East Jakarta.

Head of Kramatjati Satpol PP, Agustinus, said that the controlling was done since the cadgers violated the agreement. The agreement consists of three points, namely the electricity should be off at 5 AM, at 05.30 AM the carts should be moved, and the selling point should be clean at 6 AM. Yet in reality, they are still selling up to 7 AM.
