BPKD`s Head Slow to Assist, Basuki Gets Mad

The Jakarta Head Financial Management Body (BPKD) Endang Widjajanti has not submitted the BMW (Clean, Humane, and Dignified) Park land certificate to Ministry of Youth and Sport.
