The Jakarta Head Financial Management Body (BPKD) Endang Widjajanti has not submitted the BMW (Clean, Humane, and Dignified) Park land certificate to Ministry of Youth and Sport. The certificate is needed as a requirement to issue recommendation letter of BWM Stadium construction as Lebak Bulus replacement. As a result, acting Jakarta Governor Basuki T. Purnama furious with Endang's slow performance.

The minister, Roy Suryo, will give recommendation letter directly after he received the BPKD's letter. It's simple

"I already asked BPKD to submit it. I scold her directly in chief's meeting. Our principle is provide easier process," Basuki said at City Hall, (6/9).

Basuki assessed the slow performance of BPKD's head will also hamper MRT project since the head planned to submit the letter today.

"The minister, Roy Suryo, will give recommendation letter directly after he received the BPKD's letter. It's simple," Basuki added.

In the near time, he plans to rotate the echelon III and IV officials. "I don't know if Mrs. Endang was deceived by her man, Basuki stated.

Lebak Bulus stadium in South Jakarta must be closed and demolished as MRT depot. It means, the demolition needs related minister's permit. The Minister of Youth and Sport, Roy Suryo, asked city administration to submit BMW Park's certificate before constructing the necessary facilities.
