Amin (29), an owner of a shop around the closing of Jalan Dewi Sartika towards Jalan Raya Condet, said that every day hundreds of bikers recklessly going against the traffic flow until accidents were inevitable.
“Since the turn towards Condet is closed, motorists must turn around at Cililitan intersection if they wanted to go to Condet. To get to that intersection, the traffic is almost always jammed. So,

Meanwhile, Kramatjati Sector Police Chief Commissioner Handani explained that the closing towards Jalan Raya Condet had been through coordination meetings. His party even had discussed it in the municipality level.
“If there were complaints, please for the residents to compose a letter to East Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department,” he stated.
