Jakarta Satpol PP is going to close down nightclubs that violate Circular Letter of Jakarta Tourism and Culture Dept. on operational hour during Ramadhan 1438 Hijri.
If they still ignore it, we will send warning letter until sealing sanction
Jupan Royter, Head of Jakarta Satpol PP disclosed, according to Bylaw No. 6/2015 on tourism, nightclub operational hour is set through circular letter. Those who violate it will be closed down temporarily.
"The management will be made in a dossier (BAP). If they still ignore it, we will send warning letter until sealing sanction," he asserted, Thursday (5/18).
