Five Regions' Asset Depreciation Reaches Rp 32.8 Trillion

Jakarta Regional Asset Management Board (BPAD) recorded until December 31, 2016, the accumulation of asset depreciation in five City regions reaches Rp 32.8 trillion.

Jakarta BPAD Head, Achmad Firdaus said, asset depreciation is including machine and equipment asset, building, irrigation, network, and another fixed assets.

"That was the calculation until December 31, 2016. Asset will continue to move. Because we calculate it once a year, at least in the next mid year, asset value could be known," he said, Sunday (5/28).

Council Encourages City to Certify Their Assets

He explained, until the end of December 2016, equipment and machine assets depreciation in five City regions reaches Rp 0.9 trillion. While building asset depreciation reaches Rp 8.7 trillion.

For road, irrigation, and network assets depreciation reaches Rp 13.04 trillion. While another fixed assets depreciation reaches about Rp 162 billion.

"We are not yet knowing per region's detail because for now the assets are still moving. Now we are recapping it since the assets are still moving," he affirmed.
