142 Vehicles Netted by Lintas Jaya Operation in E. Jakarta

142 vehicles were netted by joint personnel of Lintas Jaya Operation in several locations in East Jakarta, Monday (5/29). There are 21 vehicles were towed and 12 others were grounded due to incomplete vehicle documents.

In Kampung Melayu Terminal, 12 public minivans are grounded because the vehicle documents were expired

East Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept.'s Supervision and Control Section Head, Slamet Dahlan said, the first operation was conducted in Kampung Melayu Terminal.

It is recorded, 36 vehicles were ticketed by Transportation Sub-dept. (Sudinhub) personnel. While 53 vehicles were ticketed by police and 12 vehicles operation was stopped.

"In Kampung Melayu Terminal, 12 public minivans are grounded because the vehicle documents were expired," he mentioned, Monday (5/29).

After Kampung Melayu Terminal, personnel conducted raid in another locations. Such as Cawang UKI area, in front of BNN, Pasar Rebo crossroad, and other locations.

According to him, from all locations, there are 142 vehicles were controlled in total.
