Jakarta Transportation Dept. (Dishub) will check Intercity Interprovincial (AKAP) bus eligibility and its driver health during homecoming flow.
Post will be built in each terminal to check bus driver and vehicle condition
His side will build several posts in three main terminals and five additional terminals during homecoming season.
Jakarta Dishub Head, Andri Yansyah said, this activity is routinely held during homecoming season. The purpose is to provide a sense of security and comfort for passenger who wants to travel to their hometown.

He explained the post is standby from D-10 days until D+14 days of Eid. Buses that prepared to take the passengers will be checked thoroughly.
"We will check it all, especially bus condition by conducting ramp check. This effort is conducted to give comfort for passenger," he said.
He continued that beside bus, his side will also check bus driver's health condition. By cooperating with National Narcotics Board (BNN), his side also conducts drug check.
"Driver condition must be checked too. They should be healthy and not taking any drugs," he closed.
