Weak supervision by the officers creates Jatinegara, East Jakarta is once again rampant with illegal parking. This condition makes the area seems chaotic.

Based on beritajakarta.com observations, there are vehicles illegally parked or unloading goods along the Jatinegara Barat roadside. Similar view is also seen on Jalan Jatinegara Timur which dominated by motorcycles and cars.
There are also tens of student's parents' car parked on roadside in front of Santo Antonious Christian School on Jalan Otista Raya. The worst condition seen at Kampung Melayu bus terminal. Tens of mikrolet (small van) are parked in a row outside the terminal. This condition is worsened by some Kopajas parking across the terminal, right under Kampung Melayu flyover.

Even, the terminal officers give up to control traffic jam caused by public transport.
East Jakarta Head Section of Supervision for Sub-dept. of Transportation, Budi Sugiantoro, admitted illegal parking is rampant again around Jatinegara.
