Jakarta Transportation Dept. is going to supervise tour bus that functioned into Eid ul-Fitr transportation. Before being operated, the bus should undergo ramp checks test first.

Jakarta Transportation Dept. Head, Andri Yansyah disclosed, during homecoming season, the tour bus is usually used to serve the homecomers. That is why there must be supervision towards the driver and the bus.

He stated, ramp checks test is started from administration letter until bus condition. "Including driver requirements before they serve the passenger," he stated.
Until now, his side has done ramp checks toward 370 units of tour and AKAP buses. As a result, 60 percent or 220 units are unfeasibility.
"They can operate if the bus has been fixed. If not, they will be grounded," he asserted.
