Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat invites all Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Jakarta Provincial Government to apply mental revolution in order to face the harder challenges in the future.

He explained, citizens need optimal service due to their higher dynamics. Civil servant (PNS) are required to be more disciplined, loyal, totality, and creative in giving services.

He hopes PNS in City can improve its service for the community in the future.
"Community satisfaction level in service is very high, above 70 percent. I truly want the citizen satisfaction level towards service could be improved in the years later," he closed.
