Since early of Eid long weekend until Monday (6/26), 39,116 tourists have visited Seribu Islands.

Those local and foreign tourists boarded by ship through five piers in Jakarta and Tangerang.
Thousands of People Visited TMR Today"Total tourist until yesterday was 39,116 visitors, consisted of 37,452 local tourists and 1,664 foreign tourists," said Fadjar Haridjaja, Head of Seribu Islands Tourism and Culture Sub-dept., Tuesday (6/27).
He mentioned, most of the tourists which is 5,710 visitors were boarded on boat to Untung Jawa Island. The peak visit to Seribu Islands happened yesterday by 35,243 visitors, consisted of 34,963 local tourists and 280 foreign tourists.
"Our homestay capacity is not sufficient enough. There are just 8,830 visitors that can be accommodated from 1,014 homestays in total. Not all tourists stayed. Some of them went straight home and some choosed to camp," he closed.
