Around 15 RPTRAs will be developed in Central Jakarta this year. 2 out of them are targeted to be completed and inaugurated in the upcoming October.

Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede expressed, those RPTRAs will be built using 2017 City Budget (APBD).

"Third party or auction winning has stated its ability to complete the development of two RPTRA in October," he stated, Tuesday (7/11).

According to him, both are very possible to be developed in the near future, either in terms of mobility equipment or environmental problem.

"We're just facilitating to be able to work optimally. Two locations are the best, and able to accelerate its development," he explained.

In the meantime, Central Jakarta Public Housing and Residential Sub-dept., Edy Suryaman said, those are located on Jalan Taman 2, Tanah Tinggi Urban Village, Johar Baru Sub-district, as well as Mortir Park, Kodam Housing Complex, Sumur Batu Urban Village, Kemayoran Sub-district. 

"Currently it has entered measurement stage. Then it will be continued with planning and design, and it's predicted to be completed by the end of this month. Afterwards, we will do the development," he closed.
