Around 5,938 LED lamps are installed in Cipayung Sub-district, East Jakarta. It is targeted to be completed next week.

East Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-dept. Head, Nurhidayat said, LED lamp installation is to replace HPS lamp. Its installation is focused on neighborhood road and Jalan MHT in Cipayung Sub-district.

"LED lamp installation is the program of the dept., we just do installation. Gradually we start to install 5,938 lamps from Cipayung Sub-district. After it is done, it will be continued to other sub-districts," he stated, Thursday (7/20).

East Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-dept.'s Supervision and Control Section Head, Maryono added, 5,938 LED lamps have different wattage. Then for lamp on Jalan MHT, 5,047 lamps powered 40 watts are installed, and 891 lamps powered 90 watts on neighborhood road.

"Lamp installation has reached 80 percent. We're targeting to finish it next week. So far, there are no obstacles in lamp installation in the field," he closed.
