Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat officially received the draft bylaw (raperda) about Financial Rights and Administrative and Council Member in plenary meeting held by Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD).

The draft bylaw was given by Jakarta DPRD Chairman, Prasetio Edi Marsudi to Djarot after Jakarta DPRD's Bapemperda read out the answers to the views of the factions on the draft.

"We're supporting it, as it has been a long time since there is no new government regulation concerning the finances and allowances of council members. It was lastly formed in 2004-2005," he told.
In the meeting, Prasetio explained, according to plenary agenda in Jakarta DPRD Bamus, the governor's answer towards draft bylaw would be held on Wednesday (7/26).
