Revised City Budget KUPA-PPAS Submitted to Council This Early August

Jakarta Provincial Government is targeted to submit Revised City Budget's General Policy of Priority City Budget Alteration and Provisional Budget Ceiling (KUPA-PPAS) draft in early August 2017.

This is still not late. I guess it can be finished in the first week of August

Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah said, recently his side is still re-checking the budget nominal thus it can be balanced with the spending. The remaining budget difference is just Rp 100 billion.

"This is still not late. I guess it can be finished in the first week of August. Thus we can submit KUPA-PPAS draft to council for further discussion," he said, Wednesday (7/26).

Commission A Discussed City Budget 2016 Utilization with 10 SKPDs

He explained, after it has no budget difference, his side will input the data to e-budgeting system. Budget checking is done thus programs proposed by SKPD will have direct effect to citizens.

"I want it calculated well. It could be absorbed or not. If it is absorbed, please be allocated," he expressed.

According to him, activity proposals that cannot be done will hamper budget absorption in the end of year. His side does not want budget absorption just reached 82 percent like last year.

"We does not want 2017 become the same with last year that just reached 82 percent. At least we want to be above 90 percent this year," he closed.
